| Notice: Refillable cartridges can sometimes be difficult to get a good print right off. It is important to follow the instructions carefully and also allow time between attempts. Not doing so can waste ink. We cannot refund or exchange in these instances. Please email us for help if you can't get a reasonable print within 3 head cleaning rotations. Chipped cartridges can be more difficult than non-chipped cartridges to get a successfully filled cartridge set.
If you are not comfortable with learning how to work with these cartridges at your own risk, please do not order. We do our best to make them as easy to use as possible; however, we cannot afford to refund and/or exchange cartridges due to lack of experience with them.
We highly recommend a bulk unit from the vendor of your choice. Simply order the unit empty from them, then order the 4 or 6 color 4 oz bulk ink set from us so you can avoid the potential headaches and expenses of prefilled and/or refilling cartridges.
