International Orders

We are happy to accept many International orders. However, as we are a very small company and have not shipped to many countries, please check with us via email before placing an order to discuss the process of additional shipping costs as well as customs issues.

Any customs clearance fees, duties, etc. are the sole responsibility of the receiver. We guarantee the shipment of the products only. We will provide a UPS tracking number for International orders upon request for you to follow the journey of the order to your location.

If you prefer not to use UPS for shipping, we will offer Global EMS shipping through the USPS.  This is often less expensive for Canadian and other International order, however we cannot guaranty the products safe delivery, only that it will be shipped. UPS is the only method that we can use, since it's insured, and guarantee the condition of delivery.

Please note however that all orders shipped via USPS rather than UPS can take up to 30 days prior to shipping due to the difficulty of getting to the local post office before it closes each day. UPS orders are picked up daily.

Shipping Policy

The prices on the cart for shipping charges are for the 48 continental states only. There will be additional charges for Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses.

We ship via UPS only so please make sure that you include with your order a ship to address; not PO Boxes as these will greatly delay the delivery time of your order (while waiting for a ship to address).

Due to the volume of lost and/or damaged packages when shipping with the USPS, only on special request will we ship usps. This is on the condition that you accept additional charges for signature confirmation of delivery and will pay the insurance for the retail value of your order. This is often higher than UPS, but in conditions such as Hawaii and Puerto Rico, it is often still less expensive than UPS.

Please let us know if you have a commercial shipping address. Otherwise a residential address will be assumed.

If the items you purchase do not automatically total the actual shipping amount, we will charge a second charge to make the difference up. Please be aware that this isn't often, but when only one small item is ordered, this is sometimes the case.

Orders placed by 5 pm Central time *usually* are shipped the following business day. The exception is generally out of stock items, prefilled items or sample packs which need to be filled or printed on demand. Please be sure to allow several additional days prior to the time you need the items to be shipped. We'd rather impress you with it being faster than you expected than to have you in a jam because it wasn't ordered and shipped immediately. : )
