Return Policy

We are confident that you will be totally satisfied with your purchases made through The Little Miracle Supply House.

If however, for the following reasons, you are not satisfied, a prompt exchange will be made. If your item is damaged during shipping, a claim will be made with the shipping company and a replacement will be issued upon receipt of damaged item.

If your item is somehow defective, we will request it be returned and a replacement will be issued upon receipt. A request for a defective exchange will need to be reported within 24 hours of confirmation of delivery of products or will not be honored.

By making your purchase, it is agreed that in the event of breach of any warranty, the liability of TLM Supply House, Inc. shall be limited to replacing the defective goods upon return to TLM Supply House, Inc. of the unused portion of the defective goods. TLM Supply House, Inc. shall not be liable for any other damages, either direct or consequential, under any theory of law including, without limitation, contract, negligence, strict liability, or misrepresentation. TLM Supply House, Inc. shall not be liable for prospective profits or special, indirect, or consequential damages, nor shall any recovery of any kind against TLM Supply House, Inc. be greater in amount than the purchase price of the specific material sold and causing the alleged loss, damage, or injury.

Buyer assumes all risk and liability for loss, damage, or injury to persons or property of buyer or others arising out of use or possession of any material sold hereunder. In the event that the limited remedies provided by TLM Supply House, Inc. fail of their essential purpose, the parties agree that, notwithstanding that failure, the exclusion of consequential damages shall remain in full force and effect as though the remedies had not failed of their essential purpose.

Please notice that we do NOT guaranty successful results with the prefilled cartridges. Unless you use purging cartridges to clean out the previous inks, and properly install and follow instructions; there will almost definitely be problems. If you are not comfortable with learning how to work with these cartridges at your own risk, please do not order. We do our best to make them as easy to use as possible; however, we cannot afford to refund and/or exchange cartridges due to lack of experience with them. 

On most  products, we offer exchanges only, and only when item is either damaged or defective, as stated above. If there is no solution and you are certain that you are not going to be satisfied with an exchange, we will on a case by case basis consider a monetary return with a 25% restocking fee if the product is in new and unused condition only.

We highly recommend that you purchase a sample of our products before ordering in large quantities. If you are having problems with a product, within 14 days of purchase (date of invoice), we will try to assist you the best we can. To receive credit for returned item(s), the unused portion must be returned and received in undamaged condition. Restocking charges and shipping expenses will be deducted from any store credits issued if an exchange is not acceptable. The extent of our Warranty on all products is based on the above statements contained in this page. Any ink or cartridge that has been opened, installed or partially used, can not be returned for credit.
